Karmiyoga is an award-winning yoga, meditation and coaching company founded and run by Sarah Dawson in Brighton & Hove. Sarah is a 500-hour certified Classical Hatha and Dru Yoga teacher with over 18 years of experience, a Reiki Master, and an intuitive life coach.

She offers weekly group yoga classes — including outdoor beach yoga on Hove Lawns in summer — as well as 1-to-1 sessions, bespoke private and corporate group bookings, retreats (notably in Kefalonia), and online sessions via Zoom. Her flowing, accessible yoga style fuses classical Hatha (in the Sivananda tradition) with Dru Yoga, making it suitable for all ages and abilities.

Beyond yoga, Sarah offers intuitive life coaching for women, a Yoga Teacher mentoring programme, and Reiki healing. She is also a signed model and content creator available for wellness and commercial brand collaborations.
