Kate Falkner Pilates offers fun, effective and expertly taught Pilates classes in the Abergavenny area. Face-to-face classes are held at Llanfoist Village Hall across multiple levels (Level 1/2, 2, 2/3 and 3) on Tuesdays and Thursdays, taught in 6-week blocks by instructor Jess Falkner Ham.

An online video membership and free video library are also available, alongside a shop stocking Pilates equipment such as mats, balls, resistance bands and grip socks.
