Old Guard Jiu Jitsu is Keighley's home for authentic Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Submission Grappling (No-Gi), and Wrestling. Based at Springfield Mills on Oakworth Road, the academy is led by head instructor Duane Harper — a 2x British No-Gi Champion and 1x UK Masters Black Belt Champion — alongside a team of experienced coaches.

Classes run for all levels from complete beginners through to advanced practitioners, with a dedicated Junior BJJ programme for ages 6–16. The club's 'Old Guard' philosophy centres on leverage, timing, and technique over brute strength, in a welcoming, ego-free environment.

Membership is month-to-month with no long-term contracts, and a free trial week is available for new members.
