Kernow Gym is a 24/7 strength and performance gym in Pool, Redruth, Cornwall — the first gym in the area to offer round-the-clock access. It caters to everyone from complete beginners to elite athletes, covering bodybuilding, powerlifting, strongman, Olympic weightlifting and general fitness.

The facility is exceptionally well-equipped with over 2,500 kg of Olympic weights, competition powerlifting gear, a full strongman yard, four lifting platforms, three power racks, a competition mono-lift, and dumbbells from 10–60 kg. Personal training, group coaching, online coaching and nutritional advice are all available.
