Kettlebell Movement is a specialist personal coaching practice run by Mike Eves, focused on skill-based, full-body movement for longevity and the joy of movement.

Rooted in the philosophy of 'Body – Mind – Spirit', sessions cover kettlebell technique from foundational to advanced lifts (swing, clean, press, snatch), as well as traditional Physical Culture disciplines including Persian Meels & Jori, Indian Clubs, Indian Gada and Rumali Indian Dumbbells. Rhythm & Flow practices such as Rope Flow and Speed Bag are also offered.

Personal coaching is available in-person or online, with every session adapted to the individual's experience, mobility and goals. Mike is an IKFF-certified kettlebell coach and also offers certification preparation courses.
