ARO Fitness Kickboxing is a multi-location kickboxing school operating across the south of England, offering structured programmes for all ages and abilities. Classes range from Lil' Ninjas for ages 3–6, through Champions (6–12), Teen Kickboxing (11–15) and Adult (16+) sessions, to ladies-only kickboxing.

The curriculum blends fitness, self-defence and confidence-building in a structured martial arts environment.
