KMT Muaythai is Plymouth's premier Muay Thai martial arts club, founded in 2019. Offering classes for all ages and abilities — from kids as young as 5 to adult competitors — the club specialises in striking-based training using punches, elbows, knees, and kicks: the Science of Eight Limbs.
Classes range from beginner and Parent & Child sessions to mixed-level and advanced competition preparation. The fully equipped facility includes a matted training floor, a professional boxing ring, a wide range of bags and pads, and functional fitness equipment. Coaches are DBS-checked, and personal training in one-on-one or small-group formats is also available.
Champions trained here include WKO British Champion Layla Sky Blower and ISKA English Champion Ethan Stewart.
