Kongs Gym is Bridgend's only official Hammer Strength training centre, housed in a 9,000 sq ft facility fully equipped with the world's No.1 brand for elite athletes. The gym offers an extensive range of free weights, resistance and plate-loaded machines, Olympic platforms, power racks, cardiovascular equipment, and a 20m artificial turf functional area.
