Guardian Defence is a specialist Krav Maga self-defence and fitness training centre based in Manchester/Bury.
Led by Dave Kay, who earned his full instructor's certification in Israel under Krav Maga legend Haim Gidon in 2010, the team of BTEC Level 3 Advanced Award qualified instructors deliver practical, real-world self-defence classes rooted in Krav Maga — the system used by special forces worldwide.
Classes range from beginner-only sessions to intermediate/advanced, fighter conditioning, combat fitness, and family classes, with specialist corporate and one-to-one training also available. Women-only courses, quarterly self-defence seminars, and a flexible curriculum that blends Krav Maga with elements of other martial arts and fighting systems set Guardian Defence apart.
New students of all fitness levels are welcome.
