KREV Performance is a premium strength and conditioning facility based in St Austell, Cornwall. With a philosophy centred on realising your potential, KREV offers coached group classes in Hybrid, Strength, MetCon, Gymnastics, Hyrox and Regen, all delivered on an 8-week progressive programme with a deload week.
Classes are capped in size to ensure quality coaching and sound technique for every member, from beginners to advanced athletes. KREV is also an official HYROX affiliated gym.
