Kula Studio is a boutique yoga and wellness studio tucked away in the heart of Kingston upon Thames. The studio offers a welcoming, inclusive space combining intelligent strength-based movement with deeply restorative practices — including Infrared Hot Yoga, Vinyasa, Mat Pilates, TRX, Sound Healing, Qigong, Breathwork, and Meditation.

One-to-one healing modalities such as Reiki, Reflexology, and Facial Lymphatic Drainage are also available.
