Ánimo is an independent boutique studio in Bow, East London, offering yoga, pilates, strength, cardio and sound bath classes in a warm and welcoming community space. Founded by Judy and Nadine — friends who met on yoga teacher training in India — the studio opened in January 2020 and has grown into a neighbourhood hub for movement, mindfulness and connection.
As well as regular classes, Ánimo runs pregnancy and postnatal sessions (including mum-and-baby HIIT), mindful making workshops, livestream and on-demand options.
