L-o-S Calisthenics is a boutique calisthenics gym in the Leigh-on-Sea/Westcliff-on-Sea area where body-weight training meets fun and community. Coach Chris runs small-group classes (capped at 8) covering skills such as pull-ups, handstands and muscle-overs alongside strength and conditioning work, all within a non-intimidating and supportive environment.
Sessions are available for complete beginners through to seasoned athletes, and private 1-2-1 or private group sessions can be arranged on request.
