LAB Gym is Hartlepool's community-first gym, founded in 2016 by Ste Cotson. Built from the ground up with a 'No Judgement' policy, LAB Gym welcomes everyone from professional bodybuilders and athletes to complete beginners. Members aren't just statistics — they're part of the family. The gym also offers personal training and hosts Phoenix Kickboxing.
