Lakes Yoga is a peaceful, fully equipped boutique yoga studio nestled next to Lake Windermere in the heart of the Lake District. Led by Carly, the studio offers 90-minute weekly classes that weave together asana, mixed movement, qigong, meditation, yoga nidra and poetry — welcoming all levels from complete beginners to experienced practitioners.

Beyond regular classes, Lakes Yoga hosts seasonal workshops, nourishing Women's Circles, full-day retreats and bespoke private sessions for individuals, couples, hen parties and corporate groups. All props are provided and free parking is available at the studio.
