Lanes Health Clubs is a friendly, community-focused health club set alongside a golf course in Angmering, near Rustington.

The club offers a state-of-the-art gym, a 25-metre indoor swimming pool, spa pool, sauna and steam rooms, over 90 group exercise classes per week (including Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi, Body Balance, Les Mills and Spin), dedicated Wellness Rooms for massage and beauty treatments, a café, and social events.
