LARC Pilates is a boutique Pilates studio based in Northern Ireland, founded by Sinéad, a professionally trained dancer with a deep passion for wellness, movement and travel.

The studio offers one-to-one private sessions, small-group classes focused on precision and quality of movement, corporate wellness workshops, and specialist sessions for clients with injuries or healthcare referrals.

Sinéad holds qualifications in Level Four Lower Back Pain, Pre and Post Natal Pilates, Common Orthopaedic Conditions, and GP and Exercise Referral for Health Management. LARC Pilates also extends its offering through ARC Retreats — luxury Pilates and wellness retreats held in nature-inspired venues embracing the Irish countryside, beaches and mountains.
