Leaf Tai Chi offers traditional Yang-style Tai Chi Chuan classes in north-west London, taught by instructor Daniele Toma. Wednesday evening classes (19:00–20:30) are held at The Cricklewood Club on Edgware Road.

Classes welcome complete beginners through to experienced movers, focusing on posture and joint health, balance and coordination, breathing and focus, and the deeper body-mind connection. The approach is about moving with awareness rather than pushing harder — students learn to respect their limits while making steady progress.

A one-month trial is recommended to properly experience the method and teaching style.
