Legends MMA is Luton's premier fighting gym and fitness centre, established in 2022. Based in Britannia Estates, the gym offers expert coaching in Boxing, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Wrestling and MMA, catering to all levels from complete beginners to professional competitors.
The training philosophy begins with strength and conditioning, progresses through technique development, and culminates in coached sparring and competition.
Led by founder and head coach Faisal Malik — an accomplished MMA fighter with multiple titles — alongside world-class coaches including 2-time Cage Warriors world champion Sam Creasey, Legends MMA fosters a warm, inclusive community where athletes train alongside seasoned champions.
