The Leisure Complex at Lough Lannagh in Castlebar, Co. Mayo, is a public leisure facility opened by Mayo County Council in April 2019. It combines an eight-lane competitive swimming pool, a toddler learning pool, a gym studio, a yoga suite, a steam room, a sauna and general purpose rooms.

The gym studio and yoga suite are run by The Movement, which offers yoga, Pilates and Reformer Pilates classes, and Aquafit runs alongside them. Classes and memberships are booked through the free Lough Lannagh app or by calling reception.

Pay-as-you-go Reformer Pilates is available on Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays, and children's, baby/toddler and adult swimming lessons run in seasonal blocks. It is open early to late on weekdays (6:30am-10pm), with shorter weekend hours.
