Leisure United Downhill is a community leisure hub in Sunderland offering first-class 3G floodlit football pitches and a fully equipped gym under one roof. Football activities include pay and play, pitch hire, competitive leagues (5, 6, 7, 9 and 11-a-side), tournaments, kids parties, holiday camps, women's football, development coaching and walking football.
The gym features free weights, functional rigs, strength and plate-loaded equipment, group training classes, and personal training. As a Charitable Trust, Leisure United is deeply embedded in the local Downhill community, supporting food bank collections, wellbeing groups, coffee mornings and youth initiatives.
