Halstead's biggest 24-hour gym, offering 5,500 sq ft of no-nonsense training space for all fitness abilities. Equipment includes cardiovascular machines, plate-loaded and resistance machines, free weights up to 70 kg, power racks, squat racks, cable crossovers, strongman equipment, functional astroturf area with battle ropes and boxing bags, and tractor tyres and sleds.
Changing rooms, showers, toilets, a sunbed, and a hairdresser are on site. Personal trainers are available, and the gym operates a multi-gym affiliation scheme with Zest Gym in Sudbury and Greenes Gym in Colchester.
