Lemon Studios is a bespoke personal training studio in Loudwater, High Wycombe, offering personalised fitness programmes tailored to each client's schedule and goals.

Led by highly experienced coaches Sam (16+ years, Level 3 PT, Level 4 GP referral and lower back specialist) and Jamie (15+ years, advanced massage and holistic techniques), the studio takes every client through an initial consultation, movement analysis session, and a fully customised training programme.

Sessions are designed to be fun, inclusive, and empowering, with a strong focus on health, wellbeing, and long-term results. Online coaching is also coming soon, offering personalised programmes, nutritional guidance, weekly check-ins, habit tracking, and mindset coaching.
