Lena Grace Yoga is run by Lena Pascoe, a yoga teacher whose mission is to make yoga accessible and inclusive for every body. The Wednesday evening 'Into the Flow' class — a mid-week mindful flow suitable for all levels — is held at St George Community Centre, Church Rd, BS5 8AA. Lena also offers workplace yoga, community sessions, and one-to-ones by arrangement.
