Lena Grace Yoga Beehive Community

Lena Grace Yoga is a Bristol-based yoga practice led by Lena Pascoe, with a mission to make yoga accessible and inclusive for every body. Classes draw on influences from ashtanga and kundalini traditions and can range from dynamic flow to slower, more mindful movement.

Sessions place strong emphasis on breathwork (pranayama), body awareness through body scans, and self-acceptance. Lena teaches community drop-in classes at St George Community Centre as well as sessional yoga at a local Bristol hospital and staff yoga at Claremont School. She is also available for workplace yoga, community group sessions, and one-to-one sessions.
