Lena Grace Yoga Spark Space

Lena Grace Yoga is a Bristol-based yoga practice led by Lena Pascoe, whose mission is to make yoga accessible and inclusive for every body. Drawing on influences from Ashtanga and Kundalini traditions, classes range from dynamic to slower mindful flows, with a strong emphasis on breathwork (Pranayama), body awareness, self-acceptance and self-care.

Public drop-in classes are held on Wednesday evenings at St George Community Centre (Church Rd, BS5 8AA), and Lena also teaches sessional yoga at a local Bristol hospital and at Claremont School. She is available for workplace yoga, community sessions and one-to-one sessions.
