Let's Boogie Bounce is a fun and effective mini trampoline fitness class run by Leanne Sales, welcoming all ages and abilities. Classes are designed to tone the body from head to toe with a great calorie burn — all in a lively, upbeat atmosphere. The Widdrington session takes place at Widdy Welcomes on Grange Road, with off-street parking and toilet facilities available.
A Bounce@Home subscription is also offered, including a free loan of a professional mini trampoline delivered to your door plus access to daily online follow-along classes.
