Leybourne Osteopathy & Pilates is a friendly, professional osteopathy and Pilates studio based in Leybourne, West Malling, Kent.
Founded and run by Rebecca, a GOsC registered osteopath with over 20 years of private practice experience (BSc(Hons)Ost, European School of Osteopathy, 2003), the studio offers osteopathic treatment, 1:1 reformer Pilates, and group mat-based Pilates classes.
Rebecca holds a CYQ Level 3 Diploma in Pilates and is also qualified in reformer and cadillac use, as well as Pilates during pregnancy. The focus is on relieving pain and tension, preventing recurrence, and empowering patients to take charge of their own wellbeing through movement and exercise.
