LG Fitness is a private, boutique health and wellness studio located west of Aberdeen at Prime Four Business Park. Both trainers hold Bachelor's Degrees in Sports & Exercise Science and Physiology, bringing over 25 years of combined experience to a bespoke, premium training environment.

Services include 1-1 personal training, buddy and small group sessions, boxing HIIT, outdoor training, sports performance coaching, science-based nutrition programmes, and corporate fitness classes and well-being assessments. A complimentary initial consultation is included for all new clients.
