LGPT Bootcamp is a women's outdoor group personal training programme based in Ladybarn Park, Withington, South Manchester. Founded and coached by Lee — a strength coach with over 10 years' experience — sessions run five days a week, all year round, rain or shine.

Classes are capped at 16 participants, last 45 minutes, and combine bodyweight and equipment-based resistance training for all fitness levels. Female-only, outdoors, and built around real coaching and community accountability.
