Livity Health & Fitness Studio is a small, private and intimate exercise space run by a husband and wife team with 40 years of combined experience. The studio specialises in functional training, exercise for medical conditions (such as high blood pressure, diabetes and musculoskeletal issues), and helping members build a positive relationship with exercise.
