Love Lagree is Wales's only official Lagree Method studio, founded in 2019 by former professional dancer Lorraine Jenkins. The studio offers high-intensity, low-impact full-body workouts using the patented Megaformer machine — this is not Pilates.

Each 50-minute session targets core, strength, endurance, balance and flexibility through slow, resistance-based movements that activate slow-twitch muscle fibres to sculpt, tone and strengthen the body from head to toe.

Classes include the signature Lagree Classic, the beginner-friendly Lagree Lite (also recommended during pregnancy), Lagree Gold (designed for over-65s), and Barre Sculpt at a traditional ballet barre.
