Love Lagree is Wales' only official Lagree Method studio, based at Miskin Manor in Pontyclun. Founded in 2019 by former professional dancer Lorraine Jenkins, the studio offers high-intensity, low-impact full-body workouts on the patented Megaformer machine.
Sessions focus on core, strength and endurance through slow resistance-based movements that activate slow-twitch muscle fibres to sculpt, tone and strengthen the body. Classes include the signature 50-minute Lagree Classic, a beginner-friendly Lagree Lite, a Lagree Gold class tailored for over-65s, and a Barre Sculpt class at a traditional ballet barre.
