Lyons Den Fitness is a 7,200 sq ft gym located in Coedcae Lane Industrial Estate, Pontyclun, formerly known as First Choice Fitness. The facility features four purpose-designed training rooms covering lifting, cardio, boxing, and functional fitness, plus a new Sun Bed Room.
It is a HYROX-Affiliated Gym with a dedicated HYROX Functional Unit offering three expert-led classes per week. The gym also hosts Pontyclun Amateur Boxing Club and provides 24/7 access on Direct Debit memberships, a wide variety of fitness classes, and multiple personal trainers with specialist areas.
