Maverick Gym is a welcoming and supportive strength training community based in Welwyn Garden City. Specialising in small group personal training (SGPT) in groups of 2–6 people, the gym is also recognised as the South of England's premier Strongman & Woman facility.

With over 20 years of coaching experience behind the team, Maverick offers tailored programming, nutrition support, sports therapy, and a body-positive community environment for all experience levels.
