Mayhem Gym is a dedicated combat sports facility in Hamilton, born from a partnership between Thai Boxing coach Stevie Nisbet and Boxing coach Stephen Forsyth. The gym features a 12ft ring and 15 punch/kickbags spread across two levels, along with focus mitts, Thai pads, kick shields, battle ropes, kettlebells, powerbags, free weights, dumbbells, medicine balls, and more.
Two changing rooms, a waiting area with TV and coffee machine complete the setup. The gym also provides access to Sit Ayuthaya Thai Boxing and Forsyth Boxing Club.
