Maynooth Taekwon-Do School has taught ITF Taekwon-Do in Maynooth, Co. Kildare since 2007, welcoming children and adults of all fitness levels. Led by Chief Instructor Mr. Gareth Curran (VI Degree), the school is affiliated to the International Taekwon-Do Federation HQ in Korea, so grades are recognised worldwide.

Classes cover patterns, sparring, self-defence and fitness from white belt to black belt for ages 8 and up, plus a dedicated Little Dragons programme for ages 5 to 7 that builds focus, balance and confidence. The school also offers self-defence and awareness courses, a schools programme for second-level students and private lessons.

All instructors are Garda vetted and there is a qualified Children's Officer. Classes run in the Sports Hall of St. Mary's Boys N.S. on Moyglare Road, and students can compete locally, nationally and internationally. Trial classes are available by contacting the school; no experience or special equipment is needed, just comfortable clothes.
