Tai Chi Celbridge is one of the Kildare and Laois branches of Master Ding Academy, teaching traditional Yang style Tai Chi Chuan and Chi Kung. Classes run from a 5-week introductory course for complete beginners, with a follow-on Part Two course and then the 20-part John Ding Yang style foundation form. Students can go on to the 108-part Yang style long form.

The Celbridge introductory course meets on Thursday evenings at 7:30pm, with the first sessions lasting 60 minutes and later ones 90 minutes. Places are booked in advance through a contact form, with a waiting list when a course is full.
