The studio runs 29 classes per week across 13 different training styles, including Strength & Conditioning Circuits, Spin, BoxFit, Tabata, HIIT, Weight Training and the signature L.E.A.N programme. Classes are designed for all fitness levels, with exercises adapted for both beginners and more experienced members.
