Melanie Christou is an experienced Pilates teacher, coach and former dancer offering private one-to-one Pilates sessions in a fully-equipped studio in Central London. The studio features a Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Ladder Barrel.

Sessions are personalised and grounded in anatomical and biomechanical understanding, with a specialism in helping clients manage back pain, hypermobility and other ongoing physical challenges.

Melanie trained as a Pilates teacher with Body Control Pilates in 2013 and holds qualifications in matwork, low back pain, exercise referral, pregnancy and postnatal Pilates, and comprehensive studio Pilates, alongside a Level 5 Holistic Coaching certificate. She also forms part of the education team at Body Control Pilates.
