Mellish Sports Centre is a fiercely independent, community-focused health and fitness centre in Nottingham.
Born out of a grassroots gym founded in Bulwell in 1993, the centre offers a modern, well-equipped gym with free weights, resistance machines and cardio equipment, alongside regular fitness classes including yoga, and a full-height sports hall hosting football, roller derby, badminton, trampolining, gymnastics and more.
With a long-standing ethos of being affordable and inclusive — every background welcome — Mellish has grown from a derelict shed into a vibrant community hub for families and individuals alike.
