Miami Health Club is a family-run health and fitness club established since 1992, located on Old Kent Road in Southwark, London.
The club offers a fully equipped gymnasium with high-spec cardio and free weights equipment, a sauna, a wide range of fitness classes for adults and children (including indoor cycling, freestyle pump, Tae-Kwon-Do and AfroSoca dance fitness), personal training, weight management programmes, a beauty clinic and spa with over 25 years of experience, and a tanning salon.
Studio space and treatment rooms are also available to hire.
