Million Dollar Fitness is a private, members-only weight loss and mindset facility located on Bond's Hill in the Waterside area of Londonderry. Founded and run by Dee McCahill — a Fat Loss Expert, Clinical Hypnotherapist, and NLP & EFT Master Practitioner — the studio specialises in coaching men and women in their 40s and 50s who want to lose two stone or more.

Clients train in complete privacy and receive both one-on-one and group support. The programme combines fitness training, hormone-friendly nutrition plans, and mindset work to deliver lasting physical and mental transformation. Memberships are by application only, ensuring a close-knit, family-orientated community.
