Mind Body Connect is a registered charity (No. 1173834) founded in 2014 that empowers marginalised communities through exercise. Based in Sheffield, they offer strength training, circuit training, and strongman/strongwoman programmes for groups including people in recovery from addiction, survivors of human trafficking, homeless young adults, and mental health support groups.
Many sessions are also open to the public, and their elite strength coaching team works with athletes and private clients of all levels — from absolute beginners to national-level competitors.
