Mind2Muscle is a registered charity (no. 1180834) and community gym hub dedicated to improving lives through structured rehabilitation and coaching. The charity supports people with Parkinson's and other neurological health conditions, offering specialist exercise and rehabilitation programmes led by a trained practitioner team.
As an Armed Forces Covenant signatory, Mind2Muscle also operates a Veterans Hub in partnership with veteran charities. Members can access a purpose-built gym, yoga, mobility and strength, HIIT, personal training with Mia, and a growing library of 25+ video tutorials — all in a safe and nurturing environment.
