Mini Mermaid Running Club UK offers schools ready-to-activate programmes for girls aged 7–11, combining physical activity and mindfulness to strengthen self-confidence, self-esteem and self-compassion. Founded by Hannah Corne in Leeds in 2015, the programmes feature a co-designed curriculum of discussions, journaling, games and workouts, culminating in a 5km challenge.

Delivered by school staff, parents and community partners, the initiative runs across hundreds of schools and community centres throughout the UK, powered by the Jane Tomlinson Appeal.
