Mor Holan is a community sauna and wild spa offering wood-fired sauna sessions and hot and cold therapy. The sauna is heated to 70–90°C with steam from water on hot coals, complemented by cold water plunges. Sessions are designed to improve circulation, lower blood pressure, boost immunity, enhance mood and recovery, and promote overall wellbeing.
