Movefit Pilates is Bedford's only dedicated boutique Pilates studio, founded by Anna Rita Henderson. The studio offers mat Pilates classes for all levels, reformer and tower equipment classes, split pedal chair sessions, workshops, private one-to-one sessions, and online Pilates via the Train with Anna platform.
Rooted in Body Control Pilates methodology, the studio focuses on healthy human movement, strength, and wellbeing in a small, friendly community environment.
