Mpowered Fitness is a boutique personal training and coaching studio run by Marianna, a Level 3 PT and pre & postnatal specialist based in Romiley and Bredbury, Stockport. The studio offers 1-1 personal training (in-person or via Zoom), small group PT for mums and babies, postnatal group classes (including Restore, Elevate and Mpower), and online coaching packages.
Classes focus on low-impact, postnatal-safe exercise including pilates, bodyweight resistance and cardio — all in a supportive, non-judgemental environment. Online options include a coaching app, monthly Zoom classes and a recorded class subscription library.
