Mr & Mrs Ice Bath are certified Wim Hof Method instructors Radek & Charlie Kalaš who run immersive Wim Hof weekends and wellness retreats across the UK and Europe.
Their flagship Castleton retreat takes place in the Peak District National Park, combining Wim Hof breathwork, cold exposure, mindset masterclasses, guided hiking, yoga, and wholesome chef-prepared meals in an all-inclusive residential format. Additional retreats are held in Staffordshire and Lipno, Czechia.
